What is the core philosophy of our operation?

Our project is both a mobile app and a website. Operators that are willing to give their leftover food to charity can join in our project by filling their company information to our database. Once the operator is part of the project, they can inform if they have some leftover food that is still safe to eat and want to donate it. This way people who may not the resources for a proper meal won't need to struggle with hunger.

How to use the app?

To use GooDish, first you need to create an account. After creating an account, you will be guided to your homepage, here you can zoom in or out on the map to check available offers nearby. All available offers will be listed at the bottom of the home page, you can click the offer that you prefer to get more detailed information including address & pickup time. Once you decide which offer you want to choose, just click “confirm” button and pick your offers at agreed location on time!

How to ensure the food safety?

The food that we collect from providers are traceable and guaranteed. Each of our partner is physical store and we verify their identity and qualification during registration. We also collect food receiver’s opinion and evaluation of providers to promote more appropriate food from providers.

How GooDish use my data?

We gather the information from you when you sign up and every time you use the application so that you can get the most out of GooDish. In the app, we will not:

  • Provide you with information about offers available nearby
  • May use your information to contact you to ensure the process goes smoothly

    If you encounter any technical problems while using our software, please feel free to contact us. We also strongly welcome users to report issues such as food safety, food quality, deceptive behavior, partners disrupting the positive GooDish environment. In such cases, we will check the account in question & communicate with them and if necessary, warn the user or freeze the account.
